Looks like Huawei is serious about wearables this time. After announcing the Talkband B2 and Android Wear powered Smartwatch, which does look awesome, now they have announced Talkband N1 which are earphones, but tracks your fitness if you are into lot of running and walking, while you enjoy music on the go.
Priced at Euro 119, the phone connects with Android and iPhone over bluetooth. Surpassingly N1 comes not only with movement sensors, but with an inbuilt 4 GB internal storage, where you can put in your favourite music. The tracker counts steps, distance covered and calories consumed. They are available in Silver, grey and red.
The earphones are waterproof so they don’t get damaged by sweat or light rain. The earphones have magnets in place which makes sure the two ends stay connected when not in use and they don’t drop off accidentally. The claimed battery life of Talkband N1 is three days and will also let you do bluetooth hands free calling and get charged via microUSB.
The TalkBand N1 will cost €119 and goes on sale in the UK, US and Europe by the end of May.
