LG Watch Urbane was first announced by LG back in February at the MWC 2015. Now the company has announced the premium limited edition LG Watch Urbane Luxe in collaboration with U.S. retail jewelry company REEDS Jewelers. This new version will feature 23-karat gold along with gorgeous alligator leather strap set in an exclusive piano-gloss lacquer case.
The LG Watch Urbane Luxe will sport a deployment clasp for a fitted, elegant look.
There isn’t any change to the specs of the watch and it comes with 1.3-inch P-OLED Display (320 x 320), 245ppi and is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with 512MB RAM. The internal storage is 4GB. The watch runs on Android Wear and is also dust and water resistant (IP67).
LG will be making only 500 Watch Urbane Luxe and will be engraved with its own serial number for authenticity and available initially in the USA for pre-order at www.REEDS.com later this month or by visiting any REEDS Jewelers location. The watch will also be showcased at IFA 2015. LG Watch Urbane Luxe will retail for approximately USD 1,200.
