You might have heard about smartwatches, smart bands and smart shirts. But now we have a new smart cup which can track the nutrition of what you drink and looks to keep you healthy. Vessyl is the new innovative product and is a connected cup that not only tracks your liquid intake, but also knows exactly what you’re drinking and the nutrition aspects of it.
The cup can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0 and send the data for analysis. The instant you pour liquid into Vessyl, the sensors can track what kind of beverage (like soda or milk) it is, the brand (perhaps Coke or Pepsi), calorie content, fat content, and sugar content and more.
The cup has a capacity of 13oz (approximately 400ml) and also comes with battery which can be charged. Apart from tracking the beverage and the nutrition value, it can also track the amount of liquid you take everyday and the calories included in it. There is an app available for iOS and Android and you can connect the smart cup to your smartphone. Vessyl helps you understand how your “liquid calories” add up over the course of the day and week.
You can quick rinse Vessyl, but not recommended to be used with dish washer as it comes with sensors and battery.
